Lougheed Apartments are located in one of the most popular areas in Burnaby for family living. Four more multi-family buildings are located in Kerrisdale and Kitsilano just south of Vancouver's downtown core.
Lougheed Apartments at Lougheed Village in Burnaby, B.C. comprise of four concrete multiple family buildings plus an interconnecting two storey retail and service facility. Also on the development is a number of well maintained low-rise multi-family residental buildings.

Towers East and West are 23 storey reinforced concrete structures situated over an underground parking facility. Each tower has 152 one-bedroom suites of approximately 750 square feet of living area. The top four floors have a total of 16 two-bedroom penthouse suites with areas of 1,650 square feet. Units in the two buildings are virtually the same with the exception of the Tower West penthouses which have a wetbar and fireplace in each suite. Each building has ten washers and nine dryers, all coin operated and maintained by the Lougheed Apartments.
Lougheed Lodge is orientened to the southeast corner of the Lougheed Village property. This is an eight storey building with a total of 96 one-storey, non-basement suites; 48 two-bedroom units of 975 to 1,012 square feet, 16 smaller three-bedroom units of 1,175 to 1,289 square feet and 32 three-bedroom suites of 1,396 square feet. Laundry facilities include eight washers and seven dryers, coin operated and maintained by Lougheed Apartments.
Willow Lake Lodge is in the north west corner of the Lougheed Village boundaries. This eight storey concrete structure has a total of 96 suites; 32 two-bedroom units of 927 to 987 sq ft, 32 two-bedroom suites of 1,012 sq ft and 32 three bedroom units of 1,300 to 1,400 square feet. The laundry facilities inclue six washers and seven dryers.
Casa Grande at the northwest corner of the Village offers frontage and access onto on Cameron Street and a secure one level underground parking area. Casa Grande has attractive gardens and mature landscaping surround the suites. Casa Grande houses 2 bachelor units, 97 one-bedroom and 21 two-bedroom units, all between 565 and 1,003 square feet.
Sitka Springs at the northeast corner of the property also features secured underground parking and is accessable from Cameron Street. Sitka Springs is a three storey low-rise building housing 60 Units ranging from a single bachelor suite to 41 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units. The bachelor suite starts at 478 square feet and the two-bedroom units are 1,019 square feet.
Falling Waters offers secured undergroud parking accessed from Cameron Street at the northeast corner of the village property. There are 54 units at Falling Waters, 1 bachelor suite, 35 one-bedroom suites and 18 two-bedroom suites averaging 833 sq ft of living space. Each suite has easy access to cable, phone and high-speed internet.
Cedar Terrace (Kerrisdale) is a 36 unit low-rise residential unit in the heart of one of Vancouver's most desirable locations, Kerrisdale. The frontage along the treelined Yew street is quiet and clean. Each suite at Cedar Terrace have carpeted living areas, hallways and bedrooms. All of the 36 units feature a balcony or patio, high-speed internet access, natural gas and cable & telephone services. Additional features include an outdoor swimming pool with change rooms, attractive gardens and mature landscaping. There are 29 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom units.
Cedar Springs (Kerridale) is a low rise 64 unit building with open and covered parking. The building is accessed via a stairwell leading from Vine Street, a water feature and arched bridge separates the stairway from the entrance. There are two other lobbies located towards the north and south ends of the building, accessed from Vine Street. The building houses 2 bachelor units, 60 one-bedroom suites and 2 two-bedroom suites. The north, south and west sides of the building are all landscaped with attractive gardens and mature landscaping. There is a nearby recreation center and library in this Kerrisdale neighbourhood as well.
Lougheed Plaza (Kitsilano) offers 17 Suites in a three-story plus penthouse building only blocks from Kits beach. This building does have balconies or patios but does offer municipal water, storm and sanitary sewers, hydro, natural gas, telephone, cablevision and high-speed internet. Surfaced paved parking is located along the south side of the building, accessed by a municipal lane. Well maintained and attractive gardens and mature landscaping surround most of the building.
Simco Lodge (Kitsilano) is a 25 unit three-storey plus penthouse low-rise apartment building at the heart if Kitsilano. The level of finish in all units is similar, with carpeted living area, hallways and bedrooms. This walk-up building does not have an elevator but does offer municipal water, storm and sanitary sewers, hydro, natural gas, telephone, cablevision and high-speed internet.
